Due to the nature of the product, at the moment, we do not have a 'return or refund' policy.
Kindly allow us a minimum of 7 days to dispatch your replacement product upon receipt of the defective item. We will take responsibility for arranging the return once it is approved via email. In the case of an exchange, no additional delivery charges will be incurred.
Please note that we will be unable to process refunds or exchanges for any damaged, defective, or incorrect items after the specified 72-hour period.
Regrettably, items bought during discount promotions or sample sales are not eligible for return or refund.
