Refund policy

Due to the nature of the product, at the moment, we do not have a 'return or refund' policy.

  • At Pause & Bliss, we prioritize your satisfaction above all else. We understand the importance of ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, we offer exchanges within 3 days of you receiving your order. Our goal is to ensure that you are delighted with your purchase, and we are dedicated to assisting you every step of the way.

  • The journal is damaged or defective upon arrival (we require an unboxing video and photographs of the product).
  • TThe journal must show no clear signs of use.
  • To initiate an exchange, please send an email to us at contact@pauseandbliss.com Once we receive the product from you, we will inspect it and inform you about the next steps.

Kindly allow us a minimum of 7 days to dispatch your replacement product upon receipt of the defective item. We will take responsibility for arranging the return once it is approved via email. In the case of an exchange, no additional delivery charges will be incurred.

Please note that we will be unable to process refunds or exchanges for any damaged, defective, or incorrect items after the specified 72-hour period.

Regrettably, items bought during discount promotions or sample sales are not eligible for return or refund.

Cancellation Policy

If you've had a change of heart, you can cancel your order at any time before it's dispatched from our store.

To cancel your order, simply email us at contact@pauseandbliss.com If we receive your email before your order has been dispatched, we'll cancel it and initiate a refund to your account within 3-4 days.
